Running Workouts

Well, so my long run this past Saturday was around 7.68 miles. I think I did the second half of that better than my first half. Crazy, that it takes me almost 3 miles to warm up. I do have to get better at that. I have been eating very oily stuff for the past few days. And better yet didn't realize it. It is discouraging though when the scale does not move downward. Infact, with all the heavy eating, I did manage to put on a pound. However, last week I managed to get TWO full weight workouts in. Today morning, I was back to my wonderful weight plateau (after that 1 extra pound came off)! Whew~....that was close.


Now only, if I can do those workouts yet again this week. I have decided to eliminate cereal in the morning and see if I can cut a few more carbs. My hubby (thank you!) made me a nice elaborate egg wrap (with all the veggies this AM). I think that was a healthy breakfast. And boy, was I stuffed. Now, get mentally getting geared up for the speed running workout tomorrow!
